Administrative Assistant

Location: Phoenix, AZ (85085) Remote on Fridays

Rate: 16/hr W2

Duration: Long Term w/ Conversion Possible

Responsibilities:

• Review of forms for accuracy and completion.
• Reporting errors and requesting corrections from multiple parties.
• Detailed data entry using multiple interrelated spreadsheets.
• Office management and organization.
• Coordination of tasks between office personnel.
• Identifying and prioritizing short-term and long-term projects.

Requirements:

• Provides administrative support to a department or individual.
• Duties may include word processing, filing, faxing, answering phones, receiving and directing visitors, scheduling, financial record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and sorting/distributing mail.
• May work on special projects.
• Strong communication skills and organizational skills are essential.
• Familiarity with MS Office required.
