Buffers (HONE AND GRIND OPERATOR) $20-25 hourly 1st shift
Perform surface finishing, polishing, and buffing operations on aerospace components.
Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet strict aerospace quality standards.
Maintain clean and organized work area and follow all safety procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment preferred.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints or work instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a team environment.
