At Care Network facilities, employees are expected to embrace a versatile role that often extends beyond traditional job descriptions. In addition to performing the primary duties as a L1MA, staff members may be asked to assist with various other tasks including caregiving, cooking, or housekeeping to ensure the well-being and comfort of our residents.
