Position Overview:

NorTek Medical Staffing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to oversee the development, implementation, and effectiveness of individualized behavior intervention plans for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You will provide direct clinical supervision, mentorship, and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring they deliver high-quality care. Collaboration with families, care teams, and other professionals will be essential to ensure the best possible outcomes for each child.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Supervision & Treatment:

Provide weekly supervision to RBTs in the implementation of behavior plans.

Develop, monitor, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans for clients.

Conduct regular assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS) on intake and semi-annually.

Review and analyze treatment data to assess progress and update treatment programs accordingly.

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) when necessary.

Monitor insurance authorizations and ensure timely treatment plan updates.

Training & Support:

Train RBTs on client-specific treatment plans and ABA best practices.

Conduct weekly/monthly competency assessments and performance reviews for RBTs.

Provide parent training sessions in line with insurance requirements.

Mentor RBTs and junior BCBAs, assisting with onboarding, skill development, and professional growth.

Leadership & Collaboration:

Lead or participate in team meetings, trainings, and peer review sessions.

Collaborate with clinical leadership to maintain high standards of care.

Contribute to company programs like student analyst mentorship and clinical support groups.

Additional Duties:

Support new BCBAs with tools, caseload management, and clinical development.

Conduct group RBT trainings and social skills group supervision.

Provide feedback and support for student analysts and new hire training.

Act as a clinical liaison for curriculum-related inquiries.

Qualifications:

Active BCBA Certification (required)

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field

At least 1 year of experience working with children with ASD

Prior supervisory experience (preferred)

CEUs meeting BACB Supervision Requirements

Skills & Competencies:

Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills

Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor

Experience supervising RBTs or students pursuing certification

Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and smartphone

Ability to meet billable hour goals and consistently achieve performance evaluations

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

Work settings may include home, school, and community environments

Moderate to high noise levels

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and respond quickly to behavioral situations

Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, or sitting

Visual and auditory acuity required for supervision and client interaction
