Compensation varies based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, performance, location and salary range at the time of the offer._ **Responsibilities** Administer prescribed medications to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN)/(LVN) and maintain related medical records. + Present medication to patient and observe ingestion or administer medication using specified procedures. + Take vital signs or observe patient to detect response to medication, and report reactions. + Restock medication inventories. + May provide direct patient care. Assure resident safety by identifying safety hazards and emergency situations and initiate corrective action as appropriate. **Requirements** Licensure / Certification / Registration: + Medication Aide obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
