What You'll Do
- Provide companionship and personal care to seniors in their homes
- Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, light housekeeping, errands, meals)
- Support clients with medication reminders and mobility assistance
- Maintain accurate shift documentation through WellSky
- Communicate changes in condition or schedule promptly to the Care Team
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Active HCA, NAC, or NAR with exemption letter (or willingness to obtain)
- Must pass background check (BCCU) and drug screening
- Compassionate heart, reliability, and excellent communication skills
