This individual will oversee daily financial operations and act as the project financial controller across multiple infrastructure programs in a high-performance EPCM/project-delivery organization. The Controller must confidently operate within a multi-entity, cross-border structure and provide financial support to project teams, including monitoring budgets, flagging margin erosion, and leading weekly project financial reviews. The role requires setting up jobs, cost codes, and budgets, maintaining accurate project financial records, tracking costs, conducting root-cause analysis, and preparing monthly reporting. Additionally, responsibilities include PO controls, full-cycle bookkeeping, cost control, cashflow support, payroll management, and improving financial tracking tools and processes.
