\n\n\n\n Position Summary \n\nThe Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides nursing care based on individualized patient needs, performing both dependent and independent nursing functions in accordance with established standards and procedures. This role functions under the direction and delegation of the Registered Nurse.

\n\tFollow all facility policies, procedures, and safety protocols
\n\tValid, unrestricted LPN license
\n\tIV Certification required
\n\tCurrent CPR certification
\n\tAbility to pass a background check
\n\tFull-time
