Position Summary: The
Customer Success Associate is a leadership-track role to focus on student success in math achievement. Gain hands-on experience in operations, customer service, team coordination, and business development. No advanced math knowledge required; we will provide full training.
Key Responsibilities: - Enrollment & Customer Service:
- Handle enrollment calls, schedule visits, conduct math assessments, and guide new families through the enrollment and onboarding processes
- Ensure customer satisfaction (both parents and students) in areas such as student progress,attitude and engagement through all communication channels
- Administrative Leadership:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, and administer assessments to identify learning gaps and create personalized learning plans
- Manage student curriculum, update progress in the center system, and work with management on ensuring efficiency in center operation
- Training & Development:
- Manage instructional staff, provide coaching, and help improve team performance
- Assume the roles for Instructor and Lead Instructor duties as needed, and manage all related tasks

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
