Salary Range: $20.50 pr/hr
Date: December 2025
Take incoming calls from customers for up-counts and changes in flight information, and communicate such information to proper channels. Maintain delivery notes, dispatch logs and radio communication with drivers during catering operations. Make sure KDT's are honored per specifications for each airline or Meal Solutions account.
Essential Functions

• Printing and preparation of Boarding Bills
• Receiving meal orders and counts from customers
• Record all meal orders onto dispatch log and database
• Account for signed boarding bills for transfer to accounts receivable department
• Requisition British Airways beverage trolleys to drivers
• Other duties as they pertain to meal ordering and information dissemination

Coordinates with all departments/customers/visitors/employees.

Job Qualifications:

• Computer knowledge of Microsoft programs: EXCEL, WORD, PowerPoint and ability to use other Windows based programs.

• Reliable, able to work in fast paced environment
• Fluent in English -READ -WRITE -SPEAK
• Able to work with others as a TEAM PLAYER.
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of computer hardware (printers)
• Able to perform multiple tasks and prioritize tasks.
• Must be willing to work various shifts including night shifts if needed

Supervisory Responsibility

• This position doesn't have supervisory responsibilities.
