We’re seeking a Primary Care Physician (FM or IM) to join our outpatient primary care clinic in Juneau, Alaska . Become part of a respected multispecialty group expanding into primary care within a modern facility that already includes Orthopedics, PM&R, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Massage Therapy, X-ray, MRI, and DEXA.

This position is ideal for a physician who values autonomy, collaboration, and practicing community medicine in one of the most scenic places in the world.

Position Highlights

  • Provide full-spectrum outpatient care, including preventive, chronic disease, and acute care management, plus minor office procedures
  • No call responsibilities — enjoy a predictable schedule and strong work-life balance

  • Manageable patient volume: 15–25 patients per day

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $275,000–$300,000 (negotiable based on experience) plus production-based incentives
  • Comprehensive health benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Malpractice insurance, 401(k) with profit-sharing
  • PTO: 20 days annually + 11 paid holidays
  • CME: 5 days + $2,500 annual allowance
  • Relocation/sign-on bonus: $30,000
  • Loan repayment: $25,000 after completion of year two
