Foley & Lardner LLP is accepting applications from current judicial law clerks for an entry-level associate position in the firm's Commercial Litigation Practice Group in San Francisco, commencing in fall 2026. In support of transparency and equity in the workplace, Foley provides salary information for all positions. The expected salary for this position is $225,000. Actual pay will be determined based on education, experience, internal pay equity at Foley, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
