$65,000 yearly

• Educate clients on life insurance and other financial protection strategies.
• Conduct financial needs analyses to identify opportunities and tailor recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing service and follow-ups.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, compliance requirements, and product offerings.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and leadership development programs.

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and client relationship-building abilities.
• Knowledge of retirement account structures and regulatory compliance.
• Licensing in Life & Health Insurance, Series 6/7/65/66 (preferred but not always required, depending on structure).
• Enterprising mindset with a commitment to professional growth.
• Must have a willingness to obtain proper licensing.
