The Opportunity:
As our Customer Care Representative/Dispatcher, you'll be the heart and soul of our customer interactions. You'll be the first point of contact, responsible for ensuring every client feels valued and understood. This isn't just about answering phones; it's about creating lasting impressions and building relationships. You'll need to be hungry to learn our systems and processes, humble enough to ask for help and listen to feedback, and smart enough to efficiently manage your time and prioritize tasks.
What You'll Do (The Hungry Part):
Master our company's services and offerings, becoming a go-to resource for our customers.
Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, going above and beyond to ensure their satisfaction.
Learn and implement best practices for scheduling and dispatching technicians, optimizing efficiency and minimizing downtime.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and contribute to a more efficient and effective team.

High school diploma/GED required; Associate degree preferred.

A willingness to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
