As our Customer Care Representative/Dispatcher, you'll be the heart and soul of our customer interactions. Learn and implement best practices for scheduling and dispatching technicians, optimizing efficiency and minimizing downtime.

A willingness to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
