HVAC Manager
Location: Orlando, FL | Pay: $70,000-$80,000 |
A leading HVAC manufacturer is seeking a Senior HVAC Tech to lead technical support efforts for commercial and industrial HVAC systems. This role requires hands-on troubleshooting and prior management experience.
Key Duties:

• 
  Lead and perform technical troubleshooting (phone/field)
• 
  Supervise installations, warranty service, and field repairs
• 
  Train and support field technicians and internal staff
• 
  Coordinate with engineering, quality, and service teams
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Associate degree or 3+ years of HVAC technical and management experience
• 
  Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles and system controls
• 
  Skilled in diagnostic tools, documentation, and technical training
• 
  Proven leadership and communication abilities
