Role Description

• Take inbound and outbound calls related to mortgage loan origination.
• Help customers with loan processing inquiries and guide them through the application process.
• Utilize negotiation skills to resolve customer issues effectively while maintaining a positive experience.
• Conduct credit analysis and review contracts to ensure accuracy in loan documentation.
• Work with processing and underwriting teams to facilitate smooth loan approvals.
• Stay updated on FNMA guidelines and other regulatory requirements impacting the mortgage industry.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer. The Senior Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for managing and overseeing the mortgage lending process, including underwriting, customer service, and managing a portfolio of clients. The Senior Mortgage Loan Officer will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources.

Estimated Monthly Income:

• $10,000+

Qualifications:

• Must be an actively licensed Mortgage Loan Officer in Nevada. Willing to obtain other state licenses as necessary.
• Proficient with AUS (LP, DU).
• Strong work ethic and ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment
• Knowledge of the mortgage industry and underwriting guidelines
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience managing a portfolio of clients
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with referral sources
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience using mortgage origination software - Encompass
• Familiarity with state and federal regulations concerning mortgages
