Position Overview

This is a leadership role responsible for managing day-to-day system performance, ensuring operational reliability, and leading a team of technicians and operations staff onsite.

This role focuses on ongoing operations and maintenance of existing systems (not new construction or installations). The Site Manager serves as the primary point of contact between the site team and corporate leadership, ensuring operational excellence, safety, and compliance with all applicable standards.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily operations and maintenance of the (BHS)
  • Oversee a team of operations and maintenance personnel onsite
  • Ensure system reliability, uptime, safety, and regulatory compliance
  • Act as the primary liaison between the site, stakeholders, and corporate leadership
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules, troubleshooting efforts, and emergency response activities
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve system efficiency
  • Monitor performance metrics, staffing levels, and operational costs
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards, training requirements, and best practices
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for onsite staff

 

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in BHS operations and maintenance leadership (Manager, Supervisor, or equivalent)
  • Proven experience managing technical teams in a 24/7 operational environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Willingness to live in or relocate to Denver, CO or Dallas, TX

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in high-availability material handling systems
  • Familiarity with PLC systems, SCADA, and mechanical/electrical systems
  • Strong understanding of preventative maintenance programs and reliability-driven operations
  • Technical or engineering background (degree preferred but not required )
  • Experience serving as a primary client or stakeholder liaison
