  • Vertically integrated organization including optical services, specialty care, and an affiliated MedSpa, supporting coordinated patient care and professional growth
  • Emphasis on quality medicine, clinical autonomy, and sustainable workdays

Position Highlights

  • Full-scope medical optometry with an established patient base
  • Predictable, scheduled clinical days
  • Strong technician and administrative support, allowing focus on patient care
  • Collaborative physician environment with opportunities to expand clinical interests
  • Practice locations in desirable, affluent Westchester County communities
  • Predominantly weekday schedule with occasional Saturday coverage shared among physicians

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a highly competitive compensation package designed to attract and retain top-tier clinicians:

  • Excellent base salary with productivity bonuses
  • 401(k) with full employer match
  • Health insurance
  • Disability insurance
  • Professional liability (malpractice) coverage
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Continuing Education (CE) allowance and paid CE time
  • Paid licensing and professional fees
  • Stable schedule with work-life balance respected

Ideal Candidate

  • Doctor of Optometry (OD), licensed or license-eligible in New York
  • Interest in medical optometry and long-term practice growth
  • Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered approach
  • Comfortable working within a team-based, technician-supported model
  • New graduates with strong medical training and experienced ODs are both welcome
