As Spa Supervisor, you are the heartbeat of our luxury wellness experience. Your role blends warm hospitality, operational precision, and real-time leadership. You’ll guide every guest journey from arrival to departure while training and leading a high-performing spa host team. This is not middle management—it’s a hands-on, guest-first leadership role in a flat, AI-powered organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver unforgettable 5-star guest experiences at every spa touchpoint
• Lead spa hosts, ensuring daily service flow and team excellence
• Manage spa scheduling, inventory, and cleanliness to luxury standards
• Resolve guest issues on the spot and elevate retention, reviews, and spend
• Train new hires to full system fluency within 30 days
• Drive upsells and retail through personalization and proactive engagement

Qualifications

• 2+ years in hospitality, spa, or wellness experience
• Strong leadership and team coaching skillsHigh emotional intelligence and guest empathy
• Tech-comfortable (AI tools, scheduling platforms, CRM)
• Available for weekends, holidays, and peak seasons
