- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and review client accounting and tax preparation work.
- Provide technical review and guidance on complex tax issues.
- Oversee tax estimates and proactive tax planning opportunities.
- Act as part of the management team and support integration of new clients and acquired firms.
- Champion process improvements and technology adoption in a paperless environment.
- Qualifications:
- CPA, CPA-in-process, or EA required.
- Strong technical tax and accounting review experience (Forms 1040, 1065, 1120, 1120S).
- Proven ability to lead and mentor team members while providing exceptional client service.
