\nRN - Med Surg
\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
\n• Schedule includes weekdays and some weekends
\n• Patient ratio of 4:1 for days, nights, and weekends
\n• Float to ER, ICU, and LDRP as needed
\n• Provide care for medical surgical, orthopedic, and general surgery patients
\n• Care for patients of all age groups including infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
\n• Daily census of 12 patients in a 23-bed unit with 20 rooms
\n• Provide post-operative care for joint replacement patients and general medical patients
\n• Required certifications: BCLS (required), ACLS preferred
\n• Skills required: IV starts, telemetry monitoring, charge experience preferred
\n• TRUBRIDGE (formerly CPSI) EMR experience required
\n• Kansas state license or compact license required
\n• 2 years of nursing experience required
\n• Ortho experience with total hips and knees preferred
\n• Rural health experience preferred
\n• First time travelers and local candidates accepted
\n• Must complete average 1 hour of non-billable modules pre-start
