Warehouse Worker (High-Reach Forklift Operator) - 2nd Shift

We are seeking a Warehouse Worker to join our team! The Forklift Operator / Warehouse Worker will process receipt, storage, and shipment of finished goods. This position is for our Norton, MA frozen warehouse facility.

Competitive Pay: Starting at $24.00/hr for 2nd Shift.

Performance Bonuses: Introducing our Pay for Performance program, offering a quarterly bonus based on company performance (up to $4800.00 per year).

Position Responsibilities

• Off loads all inbound freight and maintains written documentation of the transactions.
• Verifies accuracy of inbound freight bills and signs for the materials.
• High reach forklift experience required.
• Able to excel working in a sub-zero (cold) environment.
• Posts data into the computer.
• Picks/stages/ships finished goods orders utilizing scanners.
• Completes shipment schedule.
• Rotates product date codes during pulling operations.
• Maintains inventory accuracy.
• Maintains safety and sanitation standards.
• Complies with Company and USDA regulations governing storage and shipment of product.
• Able to bend, carry and lift up to 60 pounds without difficulty.
• Able to work independently with little direction.
• Ability to read, write and take directions in English.
• Able to perform other duties as directed.

Position Requirements

• Must be fluent in written and oral English. Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to perform simple mathematical functions, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Must be previously certified on sit-downs, stand up fork trucks and/or scissor lifts.
• Two plus years' experience in shipping/receiving.
• Experienced in put-away / retrieval of pallets in racked warehouses.
• Experience in loading & unloading trucks.
• Familiar with warehouse documentation and processing requirements.
• Experience with annual inventories.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds.
