Responsibilities :
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring their safety, well-being, and quality of life.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Promote independence for individuals.
- Help maintain a clean and organized living space for residents.
