TheraEX Staffing Services is seeking a LPN / LVN Correctional for a travel job in Eloy, Arizona.
Job Description & Requirements Requirements:
• Active AZ or Multistate LPN license
• Minimum 1 year of recent LPN correctional experience
• Required certifications: BLS (American Heart Association only)
• Valid driver’s license, LPN Correctional Skill checklist.
• Two supervisor or manager references from the past year
Shift & Contract:
• Days shift 5 x 8
• Every other weekend (EOW)
• 13-week contract
Traveler Requirement:
• To qualify as a traveler, the address on the driver’s license must be at least 70 miles from the facility location: Eloy,AZ 85131
• Local clinicians are not accepted
