Position Overview:
We are seeking a Project Superintendent to lead a federal roofing project in Brunswick, GA. The ideal candidate will be EM 385 certified, with strong experience managing safety, operations, and labor teams on government construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations on-site to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with EM 385 standards.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and labor teams.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and communication with stakeholders.
• Operate or oversee operation of Lull, scissor lift, and boom equipment per certification.

Qualifications:

• EM 385 certification is required.
• Proven federal project experience.
• Training and certification for Lull, scissor lift, and boom operations.
• Demonstrated leadership and crew management skills.
• Strong safety background with a positive track record of compliance.
