What You'll Do:

• Greet and assist employees, visitors, and/or contractors at the front desk of a manufacturing and industrial location, providing a professional and welcoming presence.
• Carry out security-related procedures and follow site-specific policies as directed by Allied Universal and client requirements.
• Monitor access control systems to help to deter unauthorized entry and verify credentials of individuals entering the facility.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as needed according to site protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of visitor and contractor check-ins and check-outs, and document security-related incidents as required.
• Communicate clearly and courteously with all individuals on site, and coordinate with Allied Universal management and/or client contacts as necessary.
• Participate in emergency response activities from the front desk position, following established procedures for the manufacturing and industrial environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
